Cancer-Related Fatigue

Still feeling fatigued during the day, take naps and am able to sleep at night. Finished chemo Jan2016. How long does fatigue last? I supposed healthy diet & exercise & vitamins will help.

Anyone else have experience w/this extreme fatigue?

I finished chemo Oct 30 2016 and I'm still very fatigued too. They told me to start exercising but I find it hard to even go out and take a walk. I'm able to make it through the day at work ( I can sit a lot) but then I'm just a couch potato until I fall asleep ( still with help of an Ativan pill ) . I sure hope this is not going to last forever. I'm sure we have to push ourselves but am finding it very difficult....
