When I sit down I feel so uncomfortable but when standing I seem to be good or laid down when aroused it does get erect

Well after sitting about 10 minutes i get all uncomfortable like my penis is loose and the head will pop out also i think i have soft tissue penile infection but when stood up i seem to be fine
