It's been about 6 months, my penis head midly hurts, not from personal "abuse", there's no signs of infection, no damage, no discharge, no red patches ("down the pipe" or external), I feel 100% ok, no real pain when peeing just sometimes a mild sensation, I can't figure out what's the cause.
All I can think was at that time I was "hit on" and got sucked rather too hard, I had to stop them after about 40 sec. I thought I might have caught a STI from their mouth. I did a home chalmidya test, all is ok.
I could go to my local GUM clinic but the last time I went the Doctor was rude and insulting, my own Doctor tells me go see the GUM doctor for all sexual matters.
I'm 58 in very good health, no drugs or anything, really boring person except I'm in demand for the afore mentioned.

My thought is a mild UTI, urinary tract infection, it sees there are many types so maybe I have a mild localised infection. I read Doctors generally don't investigate too closely as there are many bugs so prescribe a general antibiotic.
Thanks gents, ahem.. yes I know these techniques and know it's not caused by this! I thought that might have been the cause when I first noticed the discomfort, I thought it might be a "bruise" of sorts. But even after many months of no activity (to let things settle/heal) it came back just recently.
OK I fixed it (hopefully) - I decided I may have a mild UTI, as in some mild infection. I know raw garlick is a strong anti-bacterial substance, so I cut a thin slice about 1mm thick and 4mm in diameter and slotted it into the end of my penis. As expected nothing for the first 10 seconds then the intense sting but I know just to wait that out, so after a minute no sting. I left the garlick in for about 5 mins. I did that mid afternoon and again after peeing at bedtime. I removed the garlick, it was in for about 5 mins only.
You may decide to skip this next bit, I had a bizarre dream the following morning of watching solid dead "things" slide out of my penis. I took that as saying my body has now killed off the bacteria.
Sure enough the dull pain in the head of my penis has gone! I was just left with a slight sting at my penis tip. I let this live for a week just to see if it would resolve, it didn't so another slice or two of garlick and that seems to have done the trick. All discomfort seems to have gone.
Also now as part of my showering, I open the end of my penis to let warm clean water enter in the belief it will help wash out any bugs.
