why does it seem like I have sexual tension between most women I come in contact with. Its like the way they look at me makes me think they want to kiss me. Im way to awkward to ever try talking to any of them or make any moves. Hello, I'm going to take a shot. I do not know how old you are, but it (anxiety) gets better when you get older. That's the good news, the bad news is that you have to cope until then. I was also very anxious to the point of being paralyzed with fear and not able to talk.
I have a few suggestions, 1. have a direct thing to do or see on a date. That way you don't have to talk and can enjoy the experience. 2. "Exert your energy" before and after you go on the date, so you don't over think things (sexual or not). It is very due able, once you can get through the awkwardness, it will be great. 3. Be honest about being shy and anxious, woman who are caring will love the honesty and not see that as anything else. 4. Then, if you make it through that, and she is still interested, allow her to enjoy your personality. Live it out loud!!
Remember, if things are going good don't over think it....just treat her the best you can.
