Firstly I am female but just be blunt and ask your cousin take it from the females all of us ask questions between ourselves we over share so I do not see why you cannot be blunt . I wouldn't ever talk about that kind of things with a family member because I simply wouldn't feel confortable as honest as I am with it. However, I do discuss this with friends.. Tbh, I wish they could join me but I wouldn't do it on the phone as they would think that.
I'm lucky to have a very open family, knew about masturbation growing up having older brothers.

Yeah when you’re stuck sharing a room with brothers this is kind of inevitable, especially when you’re close in age, it’s just a natural part of life and you get over it

When in our early teens An older brother and I shared a bedroom. One night he asked me to swap blow jobs. Only you will know your cousin well enough to be sure if it’s a good idea to ask, but I would do just that - ask.
