I met someone who I love dearly , and he means the world to me , but I'm highly stressed out and anxiety is through the roof , when we get intimate I feel like sometimes im just not there if that makes sense . Yes, Prozac can effect sex drive. This may pass in time, but if it doesnt discuss with your doctor.
