I am a male in his 70's. I am still sexually active, not as much as before, and I understand that.

My question is? I have been on Zoloft (SSRI) for 2 years now and even though I have no problem getting an erection, I am not able to climax which is frustrating. Has anyone have a similar issue? If so, suggestions please.

That is the effect of the dark you are taking. What you should do is to talk to your consultant to change this with some others treatment without this side effect
