adult circumcision

hey everyone

I am curious if anyone here has had to go through adult circumcision. I have an odd situation and the skin is looking a bit troubling. I am absolutely terrified to talk to or show the doctor. I can imagine them wanting to just get rid of the extra skin. so if you have had it done as an adult ... how painful is it ? how long does it hurt? what can anyone tell me to help!! I really hate the thought of even bringing it up.

If the skin looks worrying and hasn't cleared within a week or so you really should see Doc'. Maybe antibiotics may help or a cream such as Sudocrem ?

Your Dr will not be concerned where the issue is but more the what. They seen it all before.

If you are in the UK Surgery will not be the first option, but you can always ask for a second opinion. I was in my fifties and it was not the most pleasant experience it has to be said but it is now done and over with, I enjoy life and sex as I am.

if you need it you need it. Long term health is more important than any short lived embarrassment.

I was circumcised a few weeks ago due to medical reasons I was terrified for the surgery but you are asleep for it and you are very high after wards it’s only the day after you will feel the pain but it will only be painful for a short while and I promise there’s nothing to worry about everything has gone fine for me and I’m fully back living my life without having to worry about my problem anymore so I’d advise you if it’s troubling you to get it looked and and even get the surgery done it will make sure you have no problems in the long term

hi, i am 44 and just been circumcised on the advice of urologist. I had recurring infections that caused the foreskin to tighten up. It was more painful having cuts and cracks on my foreskin than having it removed. Recurring was fine except night time hard ons. Best thing i ever did

I had it done and in all honesty- it was fine getting it done under local thought did panic at one point. The healing process was terrible with issues around erections. It was worth it in the end. I had to get it done privately and even then there was reluctance. Depending on where you live there are some good doctors out there.

I got circumcised 12year ago when I was 28. Basically my frenulum felt too tight.

I wasn’t made aware there’s a procedure called a frenuloplasty that could correct it, and instead had the whole foreskin taken. Felt abit cheated really…
