Can you advice?

Since yesterday afternoon my right testicle has been slightly sensitive. This isn't constant, it happens out of the blue when i am sitting or standing. I have no other symptoms. I went and played sports this morning, did some earlier, and it isnt changing my situation. Is this epididymitis? Or have just pulled something? I had epididymitis a few years back, but i am unsure how its back again. I read it can be through UTC or a bacterial infection. I have been working from home and sit a down during most of my day.

Any advise?

Did some weight earlier***

I’ve had same but with left one, saw my GP he checked it out and his suggestion was more supportive underwear. Mine isn’t sensitive as such more tender when shaving, Doctors or sexual health clinic for check over both can check your symptoms & offer tests if needed.

I agree about wearing supportive underwear. It really helps. My balls hang low and I love to go commando, but if I do they ache at the end of the day. I now wear dual pouch briefs and the issue is solved. But AStranger if worried, see your doctor.
