erection after prostectomy

am I able to have an erection after having my prostate removed? I'm also type2 diabetic. I need help.

I had penile implants inserted into my shaft and a ‘pump’ in my scrotum which I use to inflate my penis to achieve a strong infection.

Medication hadn’t been effective for me but implants have restored erections when I need one

3+ years after my RP and still unable to get erection. Little blue pill did not help. Recently prescribed trimix injections, which gives me very strong erection for over an hour. It is my understanding all of us are different in outcome of RP.

Your ability will depend on your age going into the surgery, the quality of sexual functioning you had before, your general health, and sexual rehab after the surgery. The last you can do something about (with professional help), and you can also perhaps do some things to improve your general health. But get professional advice--the variety of amount of recovery of functioning is great.
