Emotional and Physical Infidelity from Wife

Please tell me there’s someone out there who has experienced some sort of this abuse (because that’s what it is) and if you have found any sort of effective ways to deal with it when your right in the middle of it and realize it’s going to be a very long time before you can even be yourself again, or better yet; a new you, and the struggles you go through in doing so. I could really use any single tip I can get. I’ll provide the whole story (because it’s a real messy, disheartening, and devastating one) to anyone would even like to share their thoughts. It’d be very much appreciated.

There are some questions to ask before I can give you advice:

How old are each of you?

How long together?

Do you have children?

Why do you think this happened?

Have you been together a long time and grown apart? Does one of you have a debilitating illness or unable to work? Are there addiction issues? There are so many variables but ultimately if it can't be fixed, then you will need to part ways. I am sorry that I do not have any answer now, but I need more info.
