We've all been doing it since we were early teens... and yes, women do it. Most will say they don't, but we all do it.
Is it right or wrong?
I am married (2nd marriage) and having a problem with ED due to prostate cancer (also lost a kidney due to stage 3 cancer), find it easier to enjoy the comfort of self abuse.

Masturbating, not excessively, but once a day, sometimes twice
Thats true. But some belong to a addictive personality and tend to overdo everything. Unfortunately I belong to that category. Then the guilt remorse and shame. Takes me elsewhere. Last few months have been going deep into introspection. I am also in a 12 step fellowship been sober for 12 years. This one comes up once in a while. Realization is a key for everyone. The blank spots we hit when we get into that act. Working on acceptance that though married, we may not get action ALL the time. My wife is a different being, I need to respect that. When I masturbate, I try to keep it pure physical (you know what I mean?) just get it out and move on. Not to get into porn or other adult material. Man that sucks me back in quickly into that vicious cycle.
BTW I always wonder if Spiritual masters Masturbate? LOL. Most talk about overcoming the desire. But I am thinking, if your hormones are still active, I wonder how one could overcome that.
Nothing wrong with it but be careful you don’t pull it off. Plus it’s cheaper, doesn’t moan, doesn’t betray you. Plus you get to keep all of your wages lol.
