Different orgasm and ejaculation

For the past four months, my orgasm is different. Now about 4-8 seconds before the first contraction a good amount of semen leaks out. That never happened before, why is it now? It's as though the timing is out of alignment. The orgasm still feels the same but the ejaculation itself is different. It's a good amount of semen that comes out ahead of the contractions. Any ideas what might be causing this change?
