Supplements for more volume with ejaculate

Anyone taking any supplements that work for more volume with ejaculate? I know staying hydrated and limiting the amount of orgasms can help with volume. But limiting is not really what I'm trying to do lol..... I know edging can also produce bigger shots. I have plenty of force and some are decent volume but just looking to get more if it is even possible.

A friend use to take a supplement called "Sperm Rx." Apparently it works really. Makes more volume. Same friend is taking a zinc supplement now and says that makes more volume.

I already eat lots of red meat but have to try some barley and beans and see if that works

The more messy the more fun. And the time when cumming feels so good if it can last for another shot or 2 would be great. A couple good ropes is always nice looking too

No. Took Sperm Rx years ago and saw a difference. Currently taking zinc as part of COVID prophylaxis and says that zinc is increasing volume

I think hydration is key. When I drink a bunch of beer I tend to lack much volume. But if I keep up with my water intake I tend to have pretty big shots. Although my big shots are nothing like the movies although I wish they were.
