Hi, i need some advice please. I am considering either a HoLEP or a Urolift for my enlarged prostate but cannot make up my mind. I have seen two consultants and they obviously suggest the procedure they are trained in. Which is longer lasting and has less side effects? Have any of you had them done? Which of the two procedures would you recommend for a person who is 79 years? Would really appreciate your help.
