I get like this pain like I have a bad case of blue balls.. For three days at a time . I tried jerking off . that hurts. This happens like .one or two times a week for like 3 months ... What could it be ??.

Hi OkevinC,

Take a look at this:

Epididytis might be the culprit. I've had it a few times and it hurts.

Will.

Thanks yea that's sounds like it

When you masturbate, do you ejaculate and orgasm? I masturbate but never ejaculate, so I get the 'blue balls' feeling all the time. I feel so full.

I had this problem too, until I finally realized that when masturbating, I was stroking a little too hard and my testicles took a pounding. Adjust the stroke to protect your testicles and see if that helps.
