My body starts shivering and sometimes a bit of sweat also covers my face when there is an extremely anxious task ahead which creates nervousness.

Anybody could share a remedy for this?

Would greatly appreciate.

Warm regards,

Syed

Possibly you have ' panic disorder'. Meet a psychiatrist. Very good medicine available. Within 3/4 days you can feel the relief.

Hi!

Try Marissa Peers in youtube. She can explain more about self love and how it can lead to massive confidence and high healthy self esteem. Meditation from the Headspace App will also help because it has for me.

Hello, I’m new on here so if I say anything that’s not ok or anything just lmk. I experienced a similar shaking followed by pure panic. Definitely get a physicians opinion first but breathing is a huge a part of the nervous system; the less air we take in the more our body begins to look for it. This could cause a number of reactions as the body goes into a fight or flight mode. If You can control your breathing, you can control the situation. Anxiety is horrible but take some time practicing breathing to calm yourself and in time everything will get better. Definitely see a Doctor though.
