Male Anorgasmia

I’ve been through multiple health issues that impacted my life. After prostate removal years ago, I had lost the ability to orgasm and ejaculate. Unfortunately, my doctors were unable to help me. This is beyond frustrating. I still have desire but I can’t feel anything for relief. I just cry. I just want to feel some pleasure again. I’m in therapy, but I wished I could orgasm again. Doctors feel I might not get it back. It’s so hard to deal with.

This must be awful for you. I am sorry I cannot give you any practical help other than to say do not give up. Keep researching, there may be something out there that can help you.

Best of luck.

Thank you for writing to me. I sometimes just want to talk to someone. I can’t explain how it feels to be sexually broken. I just end up crying. Hope my doctor will find someone to help me.

It cannot compare, but waiting six weeks for sex following a circ' Op was a nightmare for me. You must keep trying and researching.

Are there any counsellors you can speak to ?

Sadly, I haven't been able to find help from my doctors. It's so hard to deal with. I do have a sex therapist, but my issues are phyiscal as well. I fear that I will never get help.

Research? It's shocking that there are very limited information and even less in terms of help out there. I admit, I cry alot.

Thank you for your help. I have seen a few specialist for help. The TURP did affect things for a few months. You have covered alot. I have been treated for pelvic floor dysfunction. I did have normal (well, I think it's normal), orgasms. Now, can't get there no matter how much everything is perfect. I'm in therapy for both trying to find other ways of feeling pleasure. I can't watch porn and the hardest is watching a guy cum. I missed feeling it. Its been more than a couple years since having an orgasm. My doctor had thought that I could get an orgasm by masturbating, but I have none. Please feel free to connect with me if you find something. Or, just talking to you helps. Thank you!
