Hey all,

What sort of problems have you had with Erectile Dysfuction (ED). I'd like to hear what everyone is doing to "solve" this problem or at least find something to manage it?

With me it's the sensitivity but I'm a diabetic so this was expected and it's sorted with Viagra free from my GP.

Did it work after first prescription?

I have what I know know to be a classic thing of having ED and type II diabetes. I had no idea that what I was going through on the erection side of things was related to the diabetes. Like most guys I thought it was just a part of getting on in years a bit (I'm 58), and kept quiet about it for a few years after it started. But I did eventually mention it to my doctor as it was so bad there was really nothing going on at all (!). I'm also now on Cialis and things have massively improved. I only wish I had mentioned it earlier as it got me down more than I realised at the time and knowing I have options now has given me a new lease of life.

Not something I have first hand experience of, but I believe there can be many underlying causes, and these should be investigated by the quack.

Please, pop along and get it investigated.

I found a lump, went along and had testicular cancer. No embarrassment (except when a nurse walked into a cubicle when I was examined in ~ and then more for her).

Go along, there may well be no problem, but best checked.

Good luck

I had the same problem and was prescribed with Viagra. Only problem is almost having to 'make an appointment' before sex as you have to take it about 30 minutes before. Any one else find this a problem?

Yes! Slightly makes in-the-moment spontanaity a thing of the past. But between that or next-to-nothing I guess it's not a debate. I just thank my lucky stars that we live within the age of Viagra!

Hi. I am diabetic type1 on insulin and Metformin. My control is fairly good, I have suffered from ED for 25 years. Have tried most things. I have found the best solution to be a Vacuum Pump. For getting an erection, but still have a problem reaching a climax. If anyone has found anything that works in this department. I would be pleased to know what it is. Thanks.

Viagre does a good job for me (ED caused by prostate removal). But beware: not all generic Viagra is equal, at least in my experience.
