Penis discharge

I have penis discharge for 4 weeks and I used antibiotics but still came out morning ,during the day ,night and I test all sti deases they all came negative please help me

Assume you were tested for SDI by the right people - I would expect them to advise on the discharge, whatever it was. Did a doctor prescribe the antibiotics? This doesn't sound like a condition that is left undiagnosed by a GP or other specialist. Get back to them and don't go away until they have sorted you. Good luck.
