I just exercise and I suppose my best, fun exercise is through the Wii and Wii fit. That decides what you are going to do today and monitors how you do it etc. Even keeps a record of your weight. The normal Wii games are great too. 10 pin bowling , tennis, cycling ll bring a good variety to exercise and if I feel sob, I can just pause it, take a breather and then carry on. Brilliant 10 out of 10 and no gym fees or machines to fall over.
I had a similar question as well. Walking seems to keep up my heart rate and be a good exercise, but I am looking for something a little bit more impact.
