Since it is men's health month in June here in the US. Figured I would just check in on everyone and see if everyone is OK. We have a huge population in this forum to help each other out with everything that is bothering us, whatever that may be.

June is men's health month. So just checking up on you all.
I think I’m well but then what do I know? Like you I hope with all hope that all of our brothers and sisters are improving every day. With troopers like you encouraging us it certainly gives a boost. Thanks
I had my annual check up yesterday post anal cancer. All is well. Follow up 12 months.
Don’t be afraid to go to the doctor if anything doesn’t seem right is my message to all on here.
Glad to hear that all is well now! That must have been great news to hear!
Since we never know what is going on in anyone's life let's try to give one compliment to a stranger a day in your day to day normal life. I have done that every day this month from gym, grocery store and even at work. And yesterday I received my first compliment at the gym in the locker room. With seeing how good it made me feel for just a couple quick words it made me realize how much of a difference it can make. As someone who has always suffered from low self esteem based upon my own perception of what I always thought I should have as in muscle appearance (bigorexia in a way) and my penis size, this hit me hard in such a good way. The compliment hit both of those and has made me smile more in the last 12 hours then I have in a while. So with all that said.... let's make a difference and spread that love and give more people reasons to smile.
What a great thing to do! I’m in need of encouragement in my journey to improve my body. I have Parkinson’s disease and need to get to the gym and start gaining strength. I’ve joined the local YMCA (live in a small city). They have a couple gals who do personal training but I’d rather have a guy show me the ropes. I may just have to go to the weight machines and begin slowly.
You are headed in the right direction and take it slow. One day at a time and you will gain strength. Start with machines and get the feel for the movements prior to jumping to the free weights. You got this 💪
Thanks! Your experience is appreciated.
