I had to use my spray yesterday only the second time I have had to use it the pain was real bad I have now got myself in a spin panicking was it a heart attack or sign one was on the way I did the worse thing I google Angina and seemingly mine is unstable so am now in a panic mental health has been bad now 10 times worse 😩😩

If the pain has gone... You will be fine. Nice slow deep breathing...check out the technique on Google... Related to Sikh gurus. I remember panicking ... But I'm chilled now.

Hi I haven't used spray for years but suddenly walking yesterday got pain in my chest took spray when got home strange how not bothered me for long time
