Hi I’m Tracey 56 since 42 I’ve had heart failure/ heart attacks and cardiac arrest followed by a double bypass and long term medication I’ve suffered depression anxiety lack of sleep tiredness and just want to feel healthier and more positive.

How is your diet Tracey? diet is really important.

I now try to eat 3 meals and drink more water I used to skip breakfast and lunch and eat late in the day I’ve changed coffee for green tea and cut down my alcohol I’ve also cut down on carbs and have apple cider vinegar morning and night I do feel a lot better and seem to have more energy
