Hi, I am 52 and been told I have at some point in last few months suffered a minor heart attack. I have a myocardial perfusion test coming up. I have no heart problems in my family, and I'm not overweight. I am quite shocked about it and worried, hoping that my test shows nothing serious. Any reassuring comments might make me feel better 😳

Don't panic until you have further tests and results and an action plan. Easier said than done but stress will not help.
Undiagnosed heart disease kills people, however if you are diagnosed it is a very treatable condition and if you are diligent and 100% all in about living and heart healthy lifestyle you will likely go on to live many more years and can expect to live a normal life span. Be well.
