Another concern

Went to my doctor's the other day to check my cholesterol and was told that I have a high level of triglycerides, which puts me at risk for heart attacks. Anybody also have this? If so, do you have any advice going forward?

I don't, but my sister does. She takes omega 3 supplements, but I believe that's only for very high levels?

I would do the usual to control your cholesterol and blood pressure (avoiding processed/sugary foods, exercising regularly, etc.)

Forgot to add....remember that alcohol has a lot of hidden calories and sugar
