Hi I'm going on my 1st cruise in july and hoping I don't get sea sickness but just incase is there any medication that doesn't make rls worse?

Most contain sedating antihistamines that will make RLS worse. Scopolamine is a patch that you put behind your ear.

I use travel bands from boots or any pharmacy

I did some more research and there is Qwells or Travel Calm which are OTC or Ginger, such as ginger candy, ginger snaps, ginger ale, or candied ginger.
