I've found that when i get rls and find the trigger point with my tsubo then rub the painful area with
a roll on antiperspirant up and down my leg the sensation stops 🤔,with having peripheral N, I can get shocks from my feet to my ribs ect, so I googled electric skin and it mentions static electric skin, the antiperspirant contains Aluminum which is a good conductor of electricity, I'm thinking the aluminum is dispersing the charge of electricity that's causing the rls .anyway I've purchased a stronger men's anti persp,
Which works for me and also appears dampens down my peripheral N. 😇
But I still massage with my twin head massager twice a day as Iv'e recently read on Google tit gets oxygen into the blood and muscle.
O yes I might have one co codamol a day but mainly because Iv'e had radiotherapy on my forehead. which is a two year story of NHS going slow🤕.
