Interesting to see if this helps people with RLS or aggravates it.

Suzetrigine (Journavx) sounds promising.
Vertex Pharmeceuticals do warn about "most common side effects" which "include itching, muscle spasms, increased blood level of creatine phosphokinase, and rash". But how 'common' or severe these reactions are is not as yet clear. And of course, as we know, *all* treatments have side effects for some!
Worth keeping an eye on this, and hopefully some members of this forum will at some point have the opportunity to trial and report back...
From a cursory understanding it looks like it works as a sodium channel blocker so it might be similar to lidocaine. I wonder if lidocaine is effective for RLS.
That's great! I had seen an article saying it might be approved soon. Will be very interesting to see if it works for RLS.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing.
