If i could ever find any information that could ever help someone with RLS it could be this the lost B vitamins vitamin B15 and many other have been deemed unsafe or non essential by the drug companies vitamin B15 and studies into these vitamins have not exist in the US vitamin B15 helps increase oxygen levels to the brain and heart. This article below doesn't talk about the benefits of Vitamin B15 in most web searches says it's unsafe or it won't help, liers 🤥 the medical system is weaponised and arse backwards.

Neither of your links support your argument.

They both consider that there isn't sufficient research to say that pangemic acid / vit b15 is safe.

Naturally occuring sources such as yogurt etc are reasonably safe sources.

But I would definitely NOT be taking any manufactured form of vitamin B15.

I hope you have a peaceful New year.

How do we know what to believe and what is safe to try?

We research endlessly on the internet and try to evaluate the research sources.

Cochrane review is a good filter.

We cross-reference claims with sites that analyse Quacks. Such as Mercola etc.

We view advice from anyone who is selling a product with great suspicion..

And we ask on sites like this for community reactions. It's called citizen science.

There also health board sites like NHS or HSE Who also have sound advice.

(Generally )🥴

I hope that helps you in your decision making.

I found vitamin B15 life extension TMG, there's also DMT its helpsed me with heart failure, there's a book called a world without cancer, the story of Vitamin B17Also i read about vitamin B15 in, Mildura Carters, book, body Reflexology, its from the 1970s she says that thos vitamin was so popular they would have to restock every day. It reduces homocysteine levels in the blood, and increases oxygen levels.

In a world that profits from illness, finding your own solution is a radical process.

Vitamin B15 has really saved me from heart failure and reduced disease, why couldn't the cardiologist help, i took there medication and had no benefit over the months, vitamin B15 worked immediately, got my heart rate down, regular and more stable.

The definition of a vitamin is a compound which is vital and it has various benefits The main confusion has been because of the difficluty in synthesising it and that most of the sunthetic versions are not true B15. vitaminsdictionary.com/2024...

This is some of the publish information I have on vitamin B15 statesStudies in the soviet union have proven that B-15 improves heartbeat in patients with heart disease, Dr Richard Passwater tells us they have also shown that vitamin B15 quickens the healing of the scar tissue and limits the side effects of heart drugs. When use with it.

The most recent studies have shown that B15 is also affective in the liver for transportation of fats.

It makes blood levels of cholesterol, some other fats, and certain hormones normal again.

This regulating effect is unusual because if the levels are to low, it will bring them up, if they are to high it will lower them, the recommended dose of B15 is 150mg per day.
