Having been curious as to why my Libido was not normal concerning ED function I fealised with some reasearch that the Tramadol I take is the cause.
So is there any alternative of the same effect as tramadol or Burenorphine for Rls which does not reduce erectile disfunction or is there something that can increase labido while taking Tramadol/buprenorphine. I state the two drugs as I'm on Tramadol at present but does not seem so effective now and await for my doctor to perscribe Buprenorphine as the next level medication.
Your response is always valued.
Thank you.

I've been on Oxycontin and Oxynorm for about 10 years now, Very low dose - total of 25 mg opioids per day, and have had no concerns with either libido or ED.I have no experience with buprenorphine.
Actually buprenorphine is supposed to be the best for low libido. In spite of the name on the 2nd link it talks more about men. testosterone. seems to be the solution.
Veneer, that is always a trial and error process. If you get prescribed buprenorphine sublingual tablets, start low and increase slowly if necessary. In the EU 0.2 or 0.4mg tablets are available, but in the US mainly 1mg and higher, I gather from the various stories on HU. For many people 0.4mg suffices, some need less, others more. If you get 1mg tablets, cut them and start with 1/8 tablet if you can cut this small.
Keep us posted, I hope the buprenorphine trajectory will work out for you.
I wish the smaller doses were available here. Dr. Started me on 2 mg and I thought I was going to have to go to the ER. Finally found I was good on .5mg. That means cutting a small pill that tends to crumble into quarters. A bit of a crapshoot if I got them even enough or didn’t loose a lot from the crumbling, but overall pretty satisfied with how it has helped.
I am taking Finasteride for my BPH and it seems to make me a little more amoris in the evening. I am going to discontinue this drug, as it has other side effects and, Perhaps, take something else. I am trying to get off of my Omeprazole first, though. One bad drug after another.
