Hi, has anyone come across a research paper on the effectiveness of buprenorphine for RLS?

Buprenorphine research

There is only Dr Berkowski's paper. It's a study. Not a gold standard trial. The cost of a proper trial would be around £200,000.
In the UK, a drug company has to pay all the expensive costs to get a drug 'licensed' for RLS. And as Buprenorphine is dirt cheap and would be used for around 50,000 refractory RLS patients, it's not worth 'wasting' their dosh.
Here's Dr Berkowski study.
My neurologist just today said he wanted to switch me from Methadone to buprenorphine. I will be on a six day road trip from March 16th to March 21st, and my Dr is going to be gone the week after that, so I won't be making this change till the last week in March. I'm just wondering who is using that and how they see it working. Anyone who has gone from Methadone to buprenorphine have any advice or could share their stories? Thanks so much.
