Hi, has anyone come across a research paper on the effectiveness of buprenorphine for RLS?

There is only Dr Berkowski's paper. It's a study. Not a gold standard trial.The cost of a proper trial would be around £200,000.

In the UK, a drug company has to pay all the expensive costs to get a drug 'licensed' for RLS. And as Buprenorphine is dirt cheap and would be used for around 50,000 refractory RLS patients, it's not worth 'wasting' their dosh.
