I've got the Subutex version today and it says not to cut,its just the2 mg. Can I still cut or just take the whole pill( under the tongue) thanks

Should I take this right before bed or a little before? And if 2 mg doesn't do it can I take another piece if my legs wake me up? Thanks again

It's such a shame that the USA only does 2mg size pills. Here in Europe, we can get Buprenorphine starting at 0.2mg. And most people do well on low doses of 0.2 -0.8mg.If you struggle to cut the pills, you can ask for buccal film as that is much easier to cut.

You should start with a ¼ pill. I think it will work well.

5 years in I cut mine into tiny piece and only use as much as I need

And yes on the first few days whilst adjusting you can take a bit more during the night if required the goal will be to eventually have an evening dose and take advantage of peaceful nights sleep and 24 he coverage during the day

U will be ‘Restless’ no more with Buprenorphine .It has been like a miracle for me( I have been taking .2mg for 2 weeks and my symptoms have disappeared…Yeah!!

I take 2 mg daily , 1 half a film in the morning 1 half at night and I no longer have any RLS SYMPTOMS! It saved my life

I have the .4mg tablet and cut that down, which can be challenging.. I break it down into a small pill box and sometimes use a wet finger to pick up small pieces to put under my tongue.

Go for it and feel the benefits almost immediately.
