Loratadine is not working for the itching caused by Buprenorphine. Is there another antihistamine that will not exacerbate RLS? Any recommendations?????

I use cetirizine, but it's similar to loratedine. Both are RLS safe. Also, you could discuss with your doctor about adding a small dose of naloxone.

Another one is allegra (Fexofenadine) or a prescription one id desloratadine which is a stronger version of Loratadine.

antihistamines make RSL extremely worse. I would rather deal with the itching and RLS on steroids .

There are 3 that are safe. The old sedating ones do make RLS worse.
