Now experiencing pain in arms every evening about the same time as starting to take evening meds. Is this a painful variant of RLS or a side effect of gabapentin or withdrawal symptoms from the regular release hydrocodone? Planning to ask MD to try Buprenorphine/ naloxone on my next visit. Hydrocodone initially worked but minimally helpful at this point.

It could be either from gabapentin or from coming off the hydrocodone. I would suggest going back on the hydrocodone to see which it was as when you get the buprenorphine you can make a straight switch without having to wean off it.
