My 4th night on Butrans after a nightmare period. First couple of nights, amazing, a little discomfort on and off but mostly good. Day times are fine. Tonight is a disaster. Up and down all night. I have 2 of the 5mcg patches. Is this usual ?

Keiralee, what other, non-RLS medications are you on - then I think we will be able to tell you if what you’re experiencing is normal.

The patch is notorious for running out at day 4. They're supposed to last 7 days. They do NOT.The evidence on here is overwhelming. Everyone reports that it doesn't last.

So, explain to GP and replace the patch earlier, at Day 4/5 OR, ask to switch to 0.4mg Buprenorphine sub lingual pills.

Not what you're looking for?
