Was your treatment at the Stem Cell Medical Center in St John's? You clearly did a lot of research to separate the trustworthy from the charlatans.
You were clearly having treatment for more than one condition and I note that SCMC and others offer treatment for a range of maladies - but presumably not usually for RLS as the doctor hadn't even heard of it, but you were able to join a neurological/Parkinson's trial. (I did find a reference last week to a clinic in the US claiming success treating RLS with regenerative medicine, but offering no obvious testimonials to this effect).
I note that you write that you "unfortunately I fell Into the 20 percent who have NOT found any benefit". Does the Center (or whoever) claim that 80% have found some benefit from stem cell therapy for something based on their patient history, or is that a general 'industry' statistic?
Yes I had extensive treatments for multiple areas , the exosomes are for neurological disorders they were FDA approved and free as part of a trial.
I had interviews with the radiologist Dr Pradeep Albert who owns the clinic you mention and chose Dr Chadwick Prodromos also at St John’s however I would urge anyone interested in Stem cells to wait and see how we go with Dr Adeel Khan.

My Girl friend is for booked for Stemcells for RLS she to is on Buprenorphine .She is the host of a medical TV show she is well versed and educated on all new science .
The world of stem-cells is changing rapidly and I believe it will eventually become cheaper. Stem cell tourism industry is going to explode over the next couple of years and this will help force the hands of the powers that be.
If we have success with treating RLS and it becomes a stand alone treatment then we will know the cost of treating RLS and we can work out ways to fund treatments for people . A lot of clinics do have programs for people who cannot afford treatments, firstly we need find the treatment that is successful .
Although my RLS is fully managed with Buprenorphine , I wont stop until I find the key . If stem-cells work perhaps we will also find the cause.

Was the stem cell treatment for conditions other than RLS? I ask as I note from your bio that you have found buprenorphine to be really good. we all so appreciate you sharing your experiences for others to learn from.

That is amazing. !! Is it a one off treatment. I have heard of stem cell treatments but never known anyone who has had it done. Didn’t even know the NHS did such trials. I don’t have arthritis i was very interested on hearing that someone had such a benefit. Science is leaping forward. 😊
