Antihistamines

Pollen here in SW Florida (all over U.S., according to the news) is SO horrible this year. Was excited to try new antihistamine nasal spray Astepro, which says it works in 30 minutes and offers 24 hours relief. My question: do nasal antihistamines affect RLS sufferers the same as oral antihistamines?

Another nasal spray contains the same ingredient and makes RLS worse in 50% of the cases.

Claritin, allegra and Zyrtec are all safe for RLS. Also prescription clarinex.
