A short question if I mayI have a tooth ache and I am wondering if there will be a problem if I take 200mg Ibuprofen to calm the ache bearing on mind I am taking at the moment 100 to 150mg Tramadol capsules?

That should be fine.
You could try to potentiate the Tramadol with paracetamol. Start with 250mg.
If that is insufficient, then certainly go with ibuprofen -though it is harder on the stomach than paracetamol.
