Last week or so I replied to a post on here where a member was asking about Therapulse. I replied I found mine helps and was going to buy another so I could treat both legs at once if needed.A member messaged me (she hadn't had any success with her Therapulse) and offered me hers free of charge and even paid the postage!

That's very kind. I still think Therapulse helps but I haven't used it since taking the garlic and ginger paste...every day. The taste is awful but it has completely stopped my RLS.

I’m a long time sufferer 30 years , and recently started pregabalin .
It’s definitely helping but I’ve gained weight even though I’m carefully monitoring my diet.
It’s making me miserable.

It's on here somewhere...will see if I can find it again and repost...basically 4oz of root ginger and 4 oz fresh garlic liquidised or mashed ..add honey to make it more palatable. Tiny amounts during the day work for me...tastes very pungent so have something to wash it down with..not alcohol!! Still working for me...3 weeks now.
