I was thinking....

I don't know if the population size is big enough, but we could setup a perpetual zoom meeting, that anyone can join, something like a one big support group.

Good/Bad idea?

When I joined the forum I was told NOT to give my proper name, so I use Simkin, because the forum was all supposed to give a bit of anonymity.So am not sure how the zoom, when you see who everyone is, will work?

Hello - you can choose to take part on zoom without your face showing and you can change the name that comes up ….

Or could we have more of a chat room where members can ‘chat’ or message at anytime? Where they can then keep the anonymity of the site but have more if an immediate response - especially when people are suffering at night and can connect with with others also walking the floors….

Somethings to be considered I think - I’m not sure who makes these decisions though!

Yes I think chat will be a good way for a lot of people to interact, especially when it's 4am in the morning and you don't want to show your face or wake up the family. But then, if it's someone you trust that is joined you can switch on to voice/video if needed.
