Hormonal Restless Legs

Just to note, as someone told me recently, that menopause symptoms can cause restless legs.

I’ve now started on hormonal patches for menopause and no restless legs so far. Early days, but definitely food for thought.

HRT actually can cause RLS to get worse for many because of the estrogen. I have never heard of it helping RLS but if it does for you that is great.
