Dipyridamole is a drug used primarily to prevent the formation of blood clots. A study titled "A Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Crossover Study with Dipyridamole for Restless Leg Syndrome" was published in 2021 (doi.org/10.1002/mds.28668). The conclusion published by the authors states "Dipyridamole has significant therapeutic effects on both sensory and motor symptoms of restless leg syndrome and on sleep."

I don't recall reading any comments in HealthUnlocked about the use of dipyridamole in treating RLS. I am interested in hearing about any experiences with this drug in treating RLS.

Update: As soon as I posted this, related articles and comments regarding the use of dipyridamole for rls appeared to the side of my post. So I guess I would modify my request for additional comments people have who have recently used dipyridamole. Thanks.
