HiI was taking Buprenorphine 700 to 800mcg. Now starting instead Targinact 10mg daily increasing to 20mg after 7 days. I can take up to 40mg if needed eventually. Can anyone please advise how to tail off Buprenorphine and introduce Targinact without going through withdrawals etc?
