Medical Marijuana and RLS, but mostly PLMD

Has anyone had any success with Legal THC in treatment mostly PLMD. Periodic Limb Motion Disorder?

As far as I'm aware there is no legal THC available outside of prescription.

If you mean CBD oil, then the feeling generally is that it's not up to much.

I'm sure plenty of more experienced people will correct that bit of information! 😎

Yes. It has been a huge help for me. But unfortunately it isn’t enough by itself. I still need a tiny bit (100 mg) of gabapentin and I also need to do exercise daily AND a long evening stretching routine. These things together almost make me feel “normal.” It sounds like PLMD is a bigger concern for you than RLS. Same for me. PLMS is much more debilitating for me than RLS, just because the RLS is sporadic but the PLMS happens every single time I begin to fall asleep (except when I take 5 mg indica THC, 100 mg gabapentin, and stretch). Have you tried THC for your PLMD? Or are just now looking into it for the first time?
