What seasonal allergy medications are those with RLS taking? I know not to take the sedating anithistamines but what about nasal sprays like fluticasone or flonase?

Those that don't contain sedating anti-histamines often say "non drowsy" on the label, i.e, if they contain any antihistamine at all.

Othewise you can easily google to check a particular brand.

Something with a name ending in asone sounds like a steroid. I imagine something ending in "nase" is also a steroid.

Hi, I sometimes find on high pollen days my breathing suffers. Listening to people's advice on avoiding anti-histamines I use Sudafed (xylometazoline hydrochloride) nasal spray which I find very effective and doesn't trigger my RLS

Hi insomniak, You may not be aware, but i believe sudafed should be taken sparingly, max 2-3 times.
