I use Cetrine ( citrazine sp?) Without any bother. Otc in Ireland.

Most people find benadryl ( diphenhydromine) will aggravate their RLS. Better choices are Claritin or Allegra.

My doctor prescribed me Avamys which is a nasal spray and didn't seem to affect my RLS.

I take Benadryl tablets but the fast acting ones in 15 minutes. They contain acravastine and you can take up to 4 in a day. They are NOT the same as the general Benadryl ones containing diphenhydramine.
