I've finished my RLS letter, using the template provided by Jools, and am about to send out. But who to, specifically? It's important the letters go to the right people, I think. Does anyone know who the appropriate people are at the various institutions?

RLS education letters
Didn't Joolsg include a list in her original post? Or would you like more specific names of institutions and persons in these institutions?
I am afraid I can't help as I am not in the UK. But I think it would be good if people posted their letters and/or the names and addresses to whom they sent them. Not only the more letters the better, but also the more institutions or persons.
Yes, I was thinking about the most appropriate person in each institution, otherwise the letters might be ignored.

Yes, I have that. But I was thinking about what Prof, what head of dept, what director to send the letter to, so it goes to the appropriate individual and isn't binned. For eg. at Imperial College, London I'm sending the letter to Prof Paola Piccini, Head of Division, Prof of Neurology and Deputy Head of the Department of Brain Sciences. And three others. Etc...
For the local university it will be the Dean of faculty or Head of department of medicine, whichever is relevant.
Association of neurologists is a registered charity. Just write to the association, the secretary will presumably forward it to the chair of directors.
Royal College of GPs. Just write to the College, whovever you write to, it will be intercepted by a secretary who will forward it appropriately i.e. either the chair or the president.
GP surgery, just write to the surgery, a secretary will forward it to the practice manager or Lead GP.
