Marijuana

For those with access to medical marijuana, I have found my favorite variety for RLS (for me). I rely on tramadol and cannabis - both smoke and tincture. But a friend gifted me with some apricot kush. OMG. Instant relief. And relief from my arthritis pain, as well. And blessed sleep.

YMMV

So glad to read that marijuana has reduced your RLS for you. Luckily marijuana is legal in my state now.

Which type of marijuana has helped you and is that with or without THC ? Is it CBD only?

My hope is that whatever variety helps you hopefully is available in gummies also. Available as a cream also ?

Don't waste your money on CBD. You need THC to control RLS

It's a strain of marijuana - google it and you'll see many retailers and their description of this strain.

So glad you have found a strain that gives you relief, the amount out there is mind boggling. If legalised more research could be done. Here in UK you have to rely on illegal recreational strains. Often based on strength not a much milder strain that would meet your needs. It’s infuriating when you can go to supermarket and buy ten bottles of vodka or more. No medicinal value and in my opinion a much more dangerous drug destroying homes and individuals.

Medical cannabis is now available in the UK and I'm currently taking it for RLS. We don't have any choice in the strain though. It's either cannabis flower ( no strain mentioned) or cannabis oil with 20% THC. Link below.drugscience.org.uk/project-...

Ask for pain doctor ( even if you don't have pain) & explain you want it for RLS and anxiety and sleep. It really helps put me into deep sleep for 3-4 hours.

Thanks for that info. I don't get on with my new GP who would just call it drug seeking and I should cope with it. I'm with the pain team at the hospital and they are great though many of them have been called into ICU, My main consultant is an anethetist but doing various roles bless him!

I also rely on tramadol, but have an opportunity next week to obtain cannabis from a dispensary. How do you use these together? Specifically the tincture?

Tincture goes under the tongue. Smoking will get any form into your system faster as it doesn't have to go through your digestive tract.

Marijuana really works wonders. Especially when there are serious health problems, marijuana is just salvation. I have been smoking marijuana for a long time to relieve the symptoms of cancer. Yes, it's unfortunate, and nothing helps to ease the damn pain. For a long time, I bought marijuana, and now I have started growing it myself. Sometimes I get lucky, and I get discounts when purchasing seeds. This time I got a promo code for sfweekly.com/sponsored/seed.... This is cool, at least some joy in my life. Growing marijuana really distracts me from this damn disease.

I'm happy to see that there are more and more people getting better after using medicinal marijuana! When I was told that I should use it for medicinal purposes, I didn't hesitate a minute! Not only it relieved my chronic pain, but it also helped me lose weight. I was very anxious about my weight, and thanks to weed, I overcame this problem. Many people wonder how this is possible, and I'll share with you the secret. Basically, cannabis is linked to aiding our bodies in insulin regulation while managing caloric intake efficiently. That's mainly it! I was also recommended to use a bubbler from mjarsenal.com/collections/a... to cool and cleanse the water to the harsh smoke that I inhale. Worth a try!
