Tissue salts

Has anyone ever heard of using or have used tissue salts for RLS? I’ve been doing some reading on them and it sounds like some could work for this. I’ll try anything natural and they do sound to good to be true so I thought I’d check on here to see if I should give them a try. Thanks!!!

Be sure you are not lactose intolerant.Otherwise, they are like Homeopathic pills.

Basically, if they work for you-- then great!

I'll say no more!🧐

Tissue Salts are the homeopathic micro dose minerals. I've tried the Hylands "Restful Legs" and the one for leg cramps - nothing. But they do have a "Sleep" formula. I read some one star reviews for it and someone commented on the Hylands as not working, but they loved Boiron Quietude (now called SleepCalm) - a different brand of homeopathic sleep aid - so, I'm going to try it! It has great reviews.

I found Hyland’s “Restful Legs” to be worthless, but have read at least one person in this group who had success taking it. But I believe he took it in combination with Rejuvica Restavin. In my limited experience, the Restavin does actually seem to work for at least part of the night. For a homeopathic option, it’s the best I’ve found. If the Boiron SleepCalm works out, please let us know. I’m familiar with that brand and they make other products (for common colds) that are great. Best of luck on finding something!
